I like Kristin Scott Thomas, but I have to go with Binoche. She's proven her range in a variety of films (including a surprisingly fun turn in Dan in Real Life) and is very consistent. Her performance in Certified Copy was the best part of that film.

Not really seen enough of either to make my opinion worth much, but from the few I've seen, I have to go with KST.
Juliette Binoche, easily. I can't think of a bad performance she's been in based on the films I've seen.
I do like Kristin Scott Thomas although I find her to be a bit too stagey at times. I don't know why. I still like her work as an actress.

Kristin Scott Thomas has done so many movies it's not even funny. But let's face it. Juliette Binoche is a legend.

For the record, I do love Kristin Scott Thomas.
